Actually the over all experience was not bad, The location, the cleanliness of the room, some of the facilities and the internet was really nice.

We arrived already after the official check-in timing but unfortunately, Our room was not ready and they told me it would be ready in 1 hour (Which is 6PM ), However one of the guests came after me and he have typical room booking and they gave him a room.

Location is great, staff is very professional and supportive.

As is known, the rooms at Centro Hotels are small. However, the hotel during the Eid holidays is not in good shape; the restaurant, parking lots, pool and the elevators don’t fit the high occupancy. The staff were very friendly, but they were under a lot of stress handling all the guests. The breakfast is ok, but the lunch and dinner were very poor. During our stay, the hotel announced a seafood night, and the buffet was very disappointing. In addition, during the holidays, it’s not value for money at all; the prices are similar to 5-star hotels with great amenities to enjoy your stay.

Reception, laundry service, room cleaning. We stayed 4 days and all of those made it a very pleased stay that worth the money we paid.

Restaurant has a Very bad management. I recommend you keep your money for out dining as many restaurants around the hotel.

جميل من حيث الموقع امام البحر مباشرة الغرف مساحه جيدة نظافه العامل مصطفى جميلة وتعاملهم بشوش وجيد

المطعم جيد ونظيف ولكن يحتاج إلى تنوع في الأصناف وتوفرها بشكل دوري فور انتهائها لكي لا ننتظر عدم وضع مياه الشرب في خلال الوجبات الثلاثة سواء افطار او غداء او العشاء ويجب توفيرها على الطاولات بدون الحاجة الى طلبها عدم استمرار عمل منطقة الكافيه بموقع السباحه فوق وغلقها مبكرا وجود رائحه كريهه بمواقف السيارات لمدة طويلة جدا تم طلب اضافة بطانيات للنوم ولم يتم تأمينها تحت مسمى نفاذ الكمية على مدار يومين
