Amazing space, comfortable bed and room.

The WiFi didn't work as expected as it was unstable. All drivers strongly advised me to take care especially in the street in front of the hosting space.

Staff was pretty good, friendly and easy to talk to through whatsapp

The room was not well maintained, and the walls were dirty and towels stained. They gave us a used soap in the washroom for shower. We never got the coffee machine that was promised at the ad because the staff in the building didn't provide one. Charlie's staff requested 2 missing items in my room, but we got only one from the building's service. The location is pretty good, but I would say this is not an accommodation to travel with elderly people.

The internet was awful. worst internet we’ve had in over 9 months of travel. Not in the best location.

Fico sempre e tem um bom custo-beneficio. Precisa melhorar a comunicaçao na portaria, sao confusos, principalmente na parte da noite. Tirando isso é muito bom!

Location, comfortable bed and really quick and easy service and help

you had to reset the internet every 12 hours which was annoying. The gym is terrible, nothing works there. The laundromat is so complicated and there is no luggage storage
