Smart Charlie Parque Augusta Mackenzie

It's very close to the subway station and has some facilities around. A very good place to stay for a short trip to Sao Paulo

The cleaning needs to be a little more deep. The floor had stains.

Smart Charlie is very pleasant place to stay , it was nice and charming room with all facilities that I need. Good location, very clean and modern room. I receive good feelings after spender time there. I would recommend to stay in Smart Charlie

I did not like my accommodation in first day ( was little inconvenient, so please be ready), or try to check in before arriving to property. Communication with hotel through WhatsAp bot is on Portuguese, be ready for this also. And slow Wi-Fi that doesn’t work stable. And also clean tax ( it’s takes every time you reserve room, so if you want to stay few more days you will be taxed again :( )

I did not like that during arriving was little long procedure of receiving access to my room. Only this.

The room was small but confortable. I liked the fact that there was a Nespresso Machine. The staff were very nice and open to help. It is somewhat close to the subway station Mackenzie/higienopolis.

They could have a selling machine with beverages and snacks. Also think it is important to create an entrance to the building. It is very hidden. The staff from the building told me it has just been open to the public and they are working on that matter.
