The location is good (there are some people living on the street on both sides of the building though) You need to take some extra steps to check in, and they did not send me this information until after I was able to check in (which took about 30 minutes) Some of the outlets on room 106 do not work Sometimes a day I could smell sewage-like smell You can hear the kids playing at the school in front of the building The room is very comfortable, the black out curtains are amazing, and the porch is very nice I would like it better if there was a water filter in the kitchen, so I would not need to buy water everyday

It was a new Apartment in the 9th floor, but the rest was horrible

The check in, was not able at the time of arrival, the company didn’t sent on time the confirmation of the apartment with the code to enter the flat. So was the check in pure stress. Only a what’s App costumer service exist without call option, and the first answer of the company took more than an hour. We waited after the official check in time quite 2 hrs to receive the infos about the apartment. it’s not OK to do this with guests. And from 3 pm we paid for something, which we could not use. After we could enter the apartment, continued the problems. We were in the apartment 91, the WI-FI connection there were frequently out of out range, though 3 options were available. And to make the disaster complete, the shower head was broken. We sent the information to the company, promised a technician will come, never came. At the end the company only offered us 10 % discount for or next stay, not acceptable, cause we don’t want to come back to this place. All together not a Guest-Friendly place, the Customer-Service is horrible. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Just destroyed our weekend time in São Paulo from the beginning.
