La habitación muy oscura y pequeña, tuvimos q pedir q nos cambiaran d habitación, el agua caliente no salia, muy poca agua sale d la ducha, muy mala mantencion de las habitaciones, mucha bulla afuera no se puede dormir, si t toca el segundo piso, el techo se siente todo cuando caminan arriba, no vale la pena con lo q cobran

"An uncomfortable experience on a property I had been wanting to stay at for a long time"

The decoration is cute, nice balance.

Extremely noisy. You hear every footstep inside the property. The night staff was not welcoming at all. Went to bed late because of the exterior noise, woke up around 6 with the interior noise. The towels were in bad shape as well. See photos.

"Overall, despite some issues at check-in and with the water service, I had a pleasant stay"

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient. The food was delicious with great variety, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

At check-in, they tried to charge me more even though I had already booked and paid through Booking.com, which was frustrating. In addition, the water was shut off in the entire building until 2:00 AM, which caused major inconvenience during my stay.
