Everything was perfect

For the late check out they ask you to pay an extra of 20 pound not considering that 3 people didn't have their breakfast that morning...

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking also. Breakfast was good with lots of choices from the menu.

The waiter treated the clients like children. I asked for a piece of toast extra to my menu with smashed avocados with 2 poached eggs on a piece of toast. And she said I need to finish that and she'll bring me another one. Ofcourse she was not around for me to ask for another one in time. And when I finnaly did, she brought me a piece of bred not toasted. It happened that I heard the conversation at another table, where the customer ordered the same as me and also asked for 2 toasts. She refused that customer also with the same explanation. Sorry, but to spare money for a piece of toast when the breakfast was actually good and create this unpleasant experience doesn't make sense....

Very organised & traditional Excellent for Park & Ride to Bath Town

Prima en comfortabele Inn voor het verkennen van Bath. Op loopafstand van een P&R, zodat de auto niet gebruikt hoeft te worden. Lekker ontbijt en comfortabele kamer. Heel aardig personeel en goede keuken voor het diner.

Kan niets bedenken

The menu is limited, if you are staying for more than a week you would have eaten everything on it. Could do with a specials board.

The limited menu, but understand that it must be difficult and expensive to have a broad menu.

Having to close the curtains to stop other guests looking through the window as we were by the gate.

Excellent location-a quiet stones throw from central Bath.
