Small room.small shower bed uncomfortable.no aircon.tv remote not working.room above kitchen was very noisy at times .when no one in kitchen was quiet

Blind broken in room , saw man behind the bar , very unhelpful to help , kitchen staff help and got sorted

Great location; very helpful & friendly staff. Clean. Great breakfast.

Shower - poor control- didn’t keep temperature; hard to move & too hot. Shower/bath mat would be good; fan in room - could not cool room down; heating was on. Towel holder was not attached.

A spacious, well-equipped room in a lovely location with a private enclosed courtyard. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. It’s located close to Bath - we were travelling by car, and it took only 5–10 minutes to get to the city centre. Free parking is available near the hotel, and in the evening you can visit the hotel bar.

coffee wasn’t fully included in the breakfast price, at least some drinks weren’t included. For example, we had to pay extra for a cappuccino, while an Americano was free.
