Enjoy our Luxurious Penthouse in Condado!

The Wifi didnt work and it was needed to communicate vith the host.

The location and beaches were fun.

The wifi sucked. In fact, it was non existent. Multiple routers and boosters and it still was almost entirely unusable. Four story walk up with no elevator. In san juan. Get ready to sweat just getting settled in.

Good space , size of the rooms , living space and kitchen. Excellent location, near to the beach and restaurants.

I like how big, clean the property was. Also how close to the beach and restaurants and other things to do.

I didn’t like that it didn’t have an elevator. My room was in the 5th and having to carry the luggage and other things was a little hard.

Nothing at all the host was terrible didn’t answer the phone ac was not working had to call booking it was 91 in the apartment

We loved the size of this condo. It is quite large i.e. the living room has three sofas! Lots of natural light flowing in. Very spacious modern kitchen. It's very tastefully decorated. Jack and Jill bathroom that accommodated two of the bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom had its own ensuite.

We wished the water pressure could have been better. The a/c units in the first bedroom off the main entrance and the 3rd bedroom down the hallway need to be serviced/repaired as they were noisy when operating. We did place a call into our contact who advised that they had ordered a part to repair the unit. However, I found it odd that they didn't need to send a tech person to identify the root problem which made me wonder, if they were already aware of this. By the end of our stay nobody had come to service the unit. And for some reason I thought condo=elevator but that wasn't the case. You will need to haul your luggage up five flights/52 steps to get to the unit. So not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. Recommended for anyone wanting to get into shape! :)
