Unfortunately the appointment smelled like cigarettes. Also, there were no toiletries on premises. Did not expect to have personal toiletries but did expect to have hand soap in the bathrooms.

Very nice furnishings, way better than average - 3 sofas in living room were very comfortable. Comfortable beds. Allowed entry at 3 pm vs. 4, probably due to the stressful and difficulty experienced in gaining entry information/access codes. Coffee was provided, a nice touch. Kitchen was nicely furnished, but a drip coffee maker would be a good addition to the facility vs. the 1.5 cup french press, or the single cup espresso pot.

Did not receive entry instructions via Booking.com. Started texting and emailing management 24 hours before arrival date, with no response. Upon arrival at rental started calling numbers listed on Booking to try to get entry codes, since there was no on site management. One number told me to call back the next day! Finally, someone returned my call and over numerous texts provided entry codes and internet info. First I was told the info. was on Booking, and to look there. No info on or received via Booking. An email, with entry info. was received at 7:30pm the day of arrival! A little late, since we were ready to check in at the appointed time of 4 pm. Other issues - master bedroom a/c was so noisy no one could use this bedroom. Fortunately, we only needed 2 bedrooms out of the 3, but this was disappointing, since it was the master especially. Kitchen sink faucet was scary, it felt like it was going to remove itself from the countertop every time it was used. Listing stated that there was a washer/dryer. We bought soap to use for clothes washing. There was NO washer/dryer in the apartment. If there was one elsewhere in the building, it was never discovered. There were no instructions about anything included in the unit. An email was sent, prior to arrival, requesting use of the $30/day parking spot. No response was ever received. Parking in the neighborhood is very congested. Once parked we refrained from using our car for fear of never finding another parking spot within blocks. Water pressure in both bathrooms and kitchen was very poor. I pity anyone showering, who has actual hair to rinse. Be aware that this a fourth floor walkup, no elevator. This is stated in the listing, but I'm sure some renters do not see it, or assume there is an elevator, which there is not. Nice stairwell though. One of the arcade games pictured was missing. Of no concern to us, but truth in advertising usually is a plus.

The location was excellent close to the beach, market and a restaurant .

The property was just like the pictures. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a wifi issue and the maintenance person was responsive and helpful. Location was great right by a beach and easy walking to restaurants and groceries.

The wifi didn't work for the first day of our stay. It took about 24 hours to sort out but the maintenance person was very responsive and helpful.

My family and I enjoyed the park and the beach steps away from the building. The internet was fast, so that helped with handling some office-related stuff. The penthouse had very high ceilings. Great location and place overall.

We stayed here because I was celebrating my wife's birthday along with my friend's birthday. When we arrived, the company told us that we were in apartment 1, so we were trying to put the code in, and we were unable to put the code in. Come to find out, the unit was actually apartment 6 all the way on the 4th floor. when we finally got into the apartment, the apartment wasn't clean. We had to wait over an hour for someone to come and clean it. When she finished cleaning it, the apartment was still dirty she left rags, and there was hair all over the floor. By the time we were able to put our stuff in our room it was 9:00 pm. We could no longer go out because we needed showers. And all the issues exhausted us. I asked if we could extend the time of our stay, and he only gave us three additional hours after our trip was ruined.
