Modern Luxury Apartment near NYC

Once you get into the apartment it was ok.

Parking! First night parked a block away and then 2 blocks away. The neighbor was not safe walkng back to the apartment was not good after dark. This is unacceptable! There should be disclaimers as to the area, condition and what to realistically expect in using this place. Very bad.

Nice, well organised place for big family with 3 seperate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable to sleep. Good value for money, we enjoyed our stay for 9 nights. Host was very responsive and helpful.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking utensils. The location is excellent, with in walking distance to Journal Square.

No parking.

This was an amazing apartment equipped with everything you need to stay. Very spacious and lovely decor, we visited New York everyday from this apartment, which was around 25 minutes away. You can get the 87 bus on the corner to journal square and take the path train into world trade centre 2.75$ or get a cab/Uber the path train station for 8$ or 20 minute walk. People in the neighbour was friendly, there is a Walmart around 16 minutes away via car - we got a cab which was 15$ All in all we had a great stay and this accommodation offered an affordable trip to New York with comfort.

This was a very clean and comfortable apartment with plenty of space for 6 people. The check in process was very easy. The host was quick to respond to questions and made sure our stay was comfortable. They provided coffee, milk, sugar and some condiments which was a nice touch. Washer and dryer was a bonus

Location is not the best and parking is bit of a challenge

Nice apartment with three separate bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Manhattan is only 30 mins away by Bus/Train.

The surroundings are not very welcoming. A lot of junk right next to the building. Two liquor stores at the junction. Would not recommend to families with younger children.

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious & clean. It was nicely updated & stocked with everything we needed. It was just missing shampoo, we had to purchase our own, no big deal. Having netflix & other tv entertainment made the evenings enjoyable. The host was quick to respond & very friendly. There are closets in each room to put/hang your clothes, just needs a bench/luggage rack or chair to put luggage & extra clothes especially in the master bedroom.. The bus is a few steps away & easy to get to Manhattan.

The location is not the best. Parking Is horrible. My husband spent 20-30 mins. each time trying to find parking. He also had to get up early to move the car as you cannot park on certain streets at a certain time in the morning due to garbage trucks. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I would consider parking situation before booking again
