Modern Luxury Apartment near NYC

Property was clean, easy to access, beds were super comfy and the host was always easy to contact. The kitchen ,bathrooms and laundry were adequate and easily met our needs.

All good.

Parking problem

The apartment itself was super clean and well furnished. The host made sure the check in process was smooth and the stay was comfortable.Kitchen had all appliances and utensils. Washer and dryer was a bonus and made our trip a bit more comfortable.

The location, while close to public transportation, is not the nicest. Streets are narrow and crowded with little to no parking options. There was a noisy liquor store nearby. But was not really a big problem if you just mind your own business.

It’s close to journal square path station. It’s spacious and clean. The community seems very quiet and safe. It’s easy to find parking on the street.

Close to bus stop. Easy walk to a few things in area, had grocerys delivered, used an uber to a couple places , 2 bathroom, modern appliances , very clean, up to date. Very secure apartment, liked the keyless entry

Missing some kitchen essentials (mixing bowls, glasses, baking sheet) fire alarm goes off if stove is on. No Directions for TV, washer dryer, trash placement. Lights in kitchen inconvenient (behind microwave) futon couch , and chair very uncomfortable to sit on. No dressers to place clothes in, closet very inconvenient to store unmentionable in.

Great apartment, fully equipped, clean and well connected with buses to New York. It was a pleasure for us to stay there!

All the facilities/ Appliances available and in a good shape Towels, covers, pillows are clean and enough for 6 people They provide coffee, sugar..etc.

1) Bigger sofa required, more space for a living room is required. 2) Parking space designated for the apartment is required. It's so hard to find an empty space to park.
