The good: Sufficiently clean rooms and sheets. Excellent location. Rooms not near road are not too noisy.

The ugly: In bookin.com where I booked, the rooms were no-prepayment needed category. I booked and got confirmation. After a few hours I started getting mails and phone calls saying that I need to make prepayment or rooms will be cancelled. I told that I am not cancelling, but as they had marked it as no prepayment needed, I will pay at property. I got about 6-7 calls and 5 emails threatening with cancellation. But after I contacted booking.com, they did not cancel. The bad: When I said that I need receipt when I checkout in the morning at 6 or beforehand. They said that in the morning, they may not be able to print the bill and if they prepare the bill the prev night, they will have to check me out. After spending an hour talking, finally they said, morning, they will keep the bill ready. That didn’t happen, but after some waiting in the morning I got it.

Clean and spacious room Very friendly and supportive staff - Riyas

Disadvantage is an advantage most times - that’s its right in the main road - so vehicle noises in the night - a bit.

Riyas the care taker was doing an excellent job. Really helpful

Should have a basic restaurant at the hotel.

Big clean new rooms. Good location. Good Staff. Breakfast was also Good.
