The comfortable bed.

Upon check-in , the property claimed that my booking was canceled because i didn't pay ahead, where, in fact, keying my credit card is the assurance that my booking is confirmed. Though they provided a room after. Reception was not 24/7 . We check out without anyone that we can reach out of. The phone number provided was just ringing. No instructions were provided on how to turn on the water heater at the shower. The electric fan was too loud in the night, and the AC controller was not properly functioning. No toilet paper provided , so foreigners bring your own. Too much mosquitoes in the room that will cause you sleepy night. Breakfast is at 8:30am where not suitable for guests who will leave early.

I liked nothing about the property. Being such a good property at a prime spot, this was maintained so badly. It looks all clean from the outside. But on the inside it was just bad.

The bathroom. The cupboards. Overall cleanliness of the rooms. The place could really use some soap and water. Like the toilets looked as if it hasn’t been properly cleaned with some soap in a very long time. The wash basin was so tiny I could even hardly wash my hands without touching the dirty surface of the sink. Also they couldn’t even get my order right for the supposedly free breakfast.
