Cleanliness at this property was not of high priority. Linens were often stained and staff at the property did not provide urgency in rectifying issues. Only 3 elevators sharing with the shopping mall shoppers. Waiting time to go up to guests rooms is far too long. Need to have at least two dedicated elevators for guests only
