Vega Suites

We have stayed at this property plenty of time when it was under Holiday Inn Express. Service is still very good under Vega Suites, however the furnishing is getting a bit tired and perhaps can do with some refurbishing.

The pillows and blankets in the room were extremely smelly (sour stinky smell) and the air conditioning was just as bad pumping in smelly sour air. The carpet was also dirty as well.

Very poorly lit especially in the hallways. Long wait for elevator.

Spacious

You needed to sort out the lifts issues, customers are going to the restaurants have to give the right direction for using the right lifts. The hotel residents are struggling to get in or using the lifts whenever the restaurants are opening. Apart from that, all good !

Well maintained, clean, good size room, fast wi-fi, courteous and helpful staff, easy access to several shopping centers which offer good choice of food and shopping, next to bus terminal and TKO MRT station . Only complain is 20 levels are only served by two lifts causing delays.

Very convenient

The room that we were staying had an unpleasant smell of mold. There were lots of stains on the carpet. It seemed that the management did no bother to shampoo and/or remove the ugly spot. However, the housekeepers had been doing the job very well.
