The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking was a little difficult for older guests

Nice property.

Most of the guests are tourists from the hotels cruise line... But it's beautiful place and well mentioned resort... Catering to everyone. Lots of walking trails around which make it enjoyable

The views from this lodge are absolutely out of this world — truly breathtaking and worth the trip on their own. You feel immersed in Alaska’s wild beauty with Denali right in front of you. That said, the rooms themselves are extremely basic. They look and feel more like a boy scout camp cabin than a lodge in such an extraordinary location. Very barebones, no charm or comfort touches you’d expect given the setting. If you come here, come for the views and the location — but don’t expect the accommodations to match the scenery.

Terrible parking.

Location was outstanding and nuce grounds. But food and service poor...possibly because it was the last 2 days of the season and many...not all.. staff had a terrible attitude

The rooms were very clean, bed comfortable , staff friendly & helpful, highly recommend

Peaceful.

Nice clean enjoyable comfortable stay. Single drawback: smoke from the fireplace in the lobby! We could not spend any time there or in the dining areas due to heavy smoke.
