Tutta la struttura di tampah hills e’ magnifica, la nostra villa, villa Layang era un vero gioiello La parte superiore ha una vista stupenda su tutta la baia Le camere sono tutte molto grandi comode e con tutti i confort. Design impeccabile Tutto lo staff e’ di una gentilezza estrema, parlano tutti inglese perfettamente e sono sempre attenti a tutte le esigenze. Satria in particolare e’ stato meraviglioso, sempre disponibile e sorridenti soprattutto con i nostri ragazzi. Posto assolutamente consigliato.

a gym would have been nice

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at!!!! We have stayed at some of the best hotels around the world and Tampah Hills blows them all out of the water! From the moment you arrive at your villa you’re welcomed by the friendliest staff. They will go out of their way to accommodate any needs you may have, and will truly do everything in their power to make you feel at home. You’ll have a WhatsApp number to contact if there is anything you may want, and they will literally meet almost any request you may have. For example, we requested a romantic dinner on our pool deck in our villa the day of and they drove all the way to the main town on Lombok, 2 hours away, to buy flowers for the setup and make sure everything was perfect! We thought this was a one and done hotel but it is well worth the extra effort of going to Lombok and we will be making this a standard trip of ours now! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer! Thank you so much for everything!

The views and the villa design

The menu options and the food quality are very poor for a place that aims to be 5 starts. Also it took one hour every time we ordered something. To the point that we ended ordering Grabs to restaurants very far and yet it was taking less time to arrive. They are 1k+ USD/night villas but there are no indications in the road to the Tampah Hills entrance. Also, once inside, there are no indications to the different villas so you always need the staff to tell you or just memorize the way. The roads are very steep, difficult ifnyou come with your own car. In general, they are still not there to make people feel that they don't need to leave the villa for anything. They should have one person of the staff assigned full time to each villa, like other (and cheaper) developments in south Lombok have.

Nice spacious villas with the best ocean view in a very quiet area. Good breakfast and services. Nice private beach nearby.
