Central 4-Bed House - Parking Patio Garden Wifi

3 comfortable bedrooms Large shower room. Kitchen equipment. 3 toilets. WiFi. 20 minutes walk into Lincoln.

A very small downstairs area for 6 people. Not enough space for seating 6 adults comfortably. We had to bring in 2 garden chairs to sit comfortably as the 2 sofas only sit 2 people. comfortably The outdoors areas we very disappointing. Lawn not mowed & weeds all over the patio and parking area. Put our group of 6 ladies off from sitting outside. There is a car parking space allocated to the property which is very convenient. Any other cars have to be parked on the road. Street parking. We were not too comfortable with this. Be aware this property is in an area of housing & flats. Not to appealing. I did message the owners of the property while there to raise these issues. Got an apology for the outside area but shouldn't have been in the state it was in the first place. £600.00 for 2 nights was too much to pay. Wouldn't stay again.

The property was not far from Centre at all, was at a decent standard in cleanliness and hosts communicated really well with any issues that we raised :)

Maybe more attention to detail with cleanliness especially in bathroom and kitchen would help to make this a five star booking!

Such a cosy and comfortable home, perfect for a relaxing stay! The host was great and provided all the information we needed, which made everything super easy. Would definitely stay again.

Would be great to have had more than 1 fan in the entire property seeing that it was the peak of summer and it’s a 3 bed house. We had to pick up some from the store ourselves

Everything we needed for a weekend, clean and warm. Milk in fridge. Helpful host beforehand. Parking no problem. Taxi to town easy, with info from welcome book.

Could do with one more chair down stairs maybe. 6 adults would have struggled for space downstairs but we were 4 adults and one child so it was completely fine.

Nothing

Not at all 4 bedroom. It is 3 bedroom, no sofa bed. There is one double master and the rest are 3xsingle beds. I have complained to booking.com and they refused to give money back - we booked for a number of adults that could not stay at the property. Apart from that the facilities are actually really poor, not enough plates or cutlery or glasses to sustain even 4 people properly.
