Central 4-Bed House - Parking Patio Garden Wifi

Our trip was to attend a Lincoln City football match and for this purpose, the property was well equipped, clean and tidy inside and could not have been handier being less than a 10 minute walk from the stadium. The fact that there were four separate beds was ideal for our purposes. Everyone thought that the beds were very comfortable. It also suited us that it was a flat walk into the city centre albeit around 20 minutes although the riverside walk made that a bit more enjoyable coming as it did into the Brayford marina area which was pleasant.

The property, whilst fine for our needs, was in an area of the city just off the High St that seems a little run down. The front of the property could do with a little tidy up of hedges, garden and bins etc to make it a little more attractive. The living area, whilst clean and tidy, was on the small side for a property that could effectively sleep 6 people. None of the curtains throughout the house actually covered the full width of the windows.

Very spacious, well laid out over 3 floors and clean. All required kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery were provided. It has a tv in every bedroom and a large one in the lounge.

Spacious house, plenty big enough for 4 adults and our dog. Nice secure garden too. Nice sized bedrooms with comfy beds. Easily walkable into Lincoln which we did a couple of times during our stay.

The shower in the en-suite was far too hot, disappointed this hasn’t been fixed seeing as it has been mentioned many times before, as far back as September. It was unusable!!! Unable to cook properly for the 4 of us due to the lack of large saucepans or pans so had to be creative, no wooden spoons. This property would also benefit from some dressing tables to enable women to get ready in the morning, no where to put your basics. Only hanging rails in each bedroom.

Lovely clean house 3 double bedrooms, all well furnished. Good location and parking. Everything you could need for a just got away self catering.

The shower in the ensuite was far too hot even when adjusted. In fact I scalded my scalp. Smoke alarms were not connected. Animal poop in the garden that hadn't been cleared up by previous guests.

Sleeps 6 but only space to sit 4 people on the sofas and around the dining table - no extra chairs . Kitchen lacks basics to cook for larger groups. No large platters/dishes and basics like enough cutlery, jug, wooden spoons…

Everything we needed was there. Beds comfortable, kitchen pretty well equipped

Bath panel drops off when you open bathroom door!
