No breakfast, place was run down and not very clean. broken blinds, stained carpet, tub was rusty around the drain, shower did not work very well, room was cold and heater was not good enough. Location was good

Easy entry to the property. Simple finishes.

It was cold in the morning when we left and the front steps were iced over and dangerous to use.

It was cute and great location, I slept really good there

The fridge wasn't clean and had an open packet of salami in it which grossed me out, carpet had spots and there was a red food stain in front of my room. Cleanliness was my only real issue with the place, expected more from the high ratings

It’s an historic building but other than that once you see how decrepit and rundown it is. You can tell that nobody truly takes care of it. Probably why they are selling the building. Very sad and the whole place was DIRTY. I didn’t expect the grand hotel but at least cleanliness is expected.

Dirty everything from the sheets smelling like old cigarettes to the tub shower being dirty and decrepit to the dirty carpets and unwashed dishes, the trash in the freezer, the level of dust is crazy. We highly doubt the place has had any proper cleaning or maintenance in a long time.

Loved the location. We could walk to downtown within minutes and not have to worry about parking. The bed was super comfy! We even looked to see what brand mattress it was so we could consider that at home. Lili was very kind when I needed more coffee pods. Your communications via text were helpful and our room was very lovely.

A couple of tiny minor things to note for future guests: some paper towels would have been nice and/or some napkins. Also, our room had only 1 fork in the drawer, so obviously 2 would have been best. Like I said: those were tiny things!
