I loved everything about the property. It was large and very clean. Plenty of space for the kids to run around.

Great setting and lovely cabins with wild flowers surrounding. Food was excellent at the restaurant.

Carpet could have done with a good clean in the cabin. Water pressure/ heat for shower was not great. Asked for hot tub to be lit for arrival at 1530 and was not so took some time to heat up.

I really liked the location and staff. The small cabin was a good size. Bathroom was well appointed. Beautiful front of house. Bed was comfy but too small Loved the fact our little dog could stay with us

The main points were:- The fire exit lights in the room were very bright at night. Had to cover them The smoke alarm lights flash above the bed which again you see all night (like you are sitting over the wing of a plane) The bed was too small for me but I am a big fella being over 6.4' No fridge in the room Paid for a breakfast but this isn't served until 8:30 which for business people is too late.

Photos showed a hot tub, but when we got there they said there was no hot tub. We were also told 'yeah we've had this with other guests thinking they booked a hot tub'... They blamed booking.com because when you click through you see two options of rooms - one with a double bed and one with bunk beds. The receptionist said there should be a third option appearing which says 'with hot tub' but sometimes this doesn't appear...so it gives the impression that all their rooms have hot tubs Vs only 2, which is false advertising. The garden was small and was mostly overgrown grass, no chairs etc and the coffee mugs were dirty.

Lovely clean room,great hot tub,only down side is the two emergency huge lights in the room kept me up all night as that made the room bright and bed wasn’t comfy (was hard) pillows wasn’t natural fillings inside which caused me and my husband to be really hot.

The staff are ace. Very friendly and helpful. The cottage (Holly) was clean and extremely comfortable. The separate bar and restaurant was very nice and a great area to eat and drink. Looking forward to staying here again.
