Accommodation was great.

Breakfast, eggs were really, really undercooked.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The accommodation was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was such a treat. The garden area was not overlooked and had a beautiful view of a field. Such a relaxing setting. The food was exceptional, we ate our evening meal as well as breakfast, all cooked perfectly. Car parking is close to the accommodation.

Appropriate distance from Newmarket. Rooms well removed from busy restaurant.

Signs of previous tenants with pets and smells. The fire escape green lights when dark in the rooms never achieved darkness within room.

Clean and comfortable

Grounds weren’t as portrayed on website with easy access to countryside. This was important to us, when bringing a dog. Lodge would benefit from a mini fridge and a hose for dog cleaning!

The accommodation was very well thought out, nicely decorated, clean and located in amazing surroundings.

The Breakfast could do with starting earlier. It starts at 8.30 and we had to be at an appointment for 9 so it was a rush.

Made us feel welcome on arrival and even went the extra mile to deliver pastries for the morning due to us having to leave before breakfast was available. Lodge itself was beautiful

Very clean and well presented.

It was advertised as a double bed in a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room - but they are actually in the same one room - we were expecting a division of the space. Not a problem for us as we were a mum, dad and daughter group but this might need clarifying for other groups to avoid issues.
