The food was amazing, melt in your mouth pork belly and perfectly cooked steak. The bar area is cosy and welcoming with great sofas to enjoy your arrival drinks, while the restaurant feels intimate and yet wonderfully open and atmospheric due to the beautiful architecture and layout. The room was really cosy, with a lovely desk/reading/tea-making area, a fantastic bathroom, a great bed and comfy sofa.

The room was a little on the cold side on arrival, but I appreciate that is subjective!

"Fabulous treat for less than a Premier Inn!"

The rooms were beautifully furnished, positioned & the private hot tub was such a fabulous surprise!

I would struggle to find any down sides, except perhaps having a cool room service menu & a fridge.

Loved the lodge was fabulous, clean, comfy and everything you need even a coffee machine 😀 It felt like a really special place to stay. The staff were great and couldn't do enough and the food well wow 😃

The tv would not connect to WiFi so no netflix or anything but used my own phone so sorted. The heat didnt work properly but that may have been my mistake. Would love to go back!
