Rooms clean and comfortable, though there was some building noise nearby some of the time. We just had soup in evening which was very good.

As we were leaving early we asked for a packed breakfast. Ideally we would have liked fruit and pastries/cakes but the latter were not available so we just took fruit.

I didn't know that the spa was under maintenance

Poor service. No spread in breakfast, limited option. Location although central, it is located behind a vegetable market. The surrounding is not good. Very poor Internet. The facilities which are mentioned to be present are absent ( Sauna, spa, wellness center). Not value for money.

El interés que ponen en que tu estancia sea agradable

La ubicación no es la mejor; aun estando cerca del centro, en la calle en la que se encuentra es un poco desastrada, llena de suciedad procedente de los modestos comercios de la zona. Por otro lado, en el momento del pago, una vez más la información que proporciona Booking en la confirmación de la reserva no es correcta, lo que sumado a ciertos e incomprensibles reparos y condicionantes por parte del hotel, el proceso se torna confuso y pleno de irregularidades

Very spacious room and good breakfast. Staff was kind and helpful.

The room was a little bit noisy. Our credit cards didn't work at the check-out time and we needed to pay cash.

it was lovely. Would definitely recommend it to others.
