Was nice and clean Towels and hair dryer was provided

Little bit of improvement would make it exceptional 1. Small toiletries ( shower gel, shampoo and conditioner; tiny stuff is available) 2 I did use the kitchen after asking permission. Could do with little sachets of milk sugar coffee/ tea This is personal opinion related to my visit which was related to someone been in the hospital. We were not prepared and it was only the little things missing I am happy with the stay

Quiet location

We arrived late as we had been at an event. The code had been sent to us to get in to the property but it did not work. I rang the owner at 11.45 pm and he said it was last four digits of my phone number this sound work. Suprise it didn't so at 12pm we were no closer to getting in. Eventually he gave us a code that worked. When we got in another code was on the bedroom this did not work so I phoned again and he gave me another code. When waiting to get in the room the people next door had left half eaten food in the landing. They were also having sex at least three times with the woman screaming.. this went on till 1pm then they decided to put telly on loud till nearly 2pm. Also when we arrived the people that had arrived before us had left poo all up the toilet bowl.. we then pulled our covers back to find hairs on our sheets. I was so disappointed as I have been a customer of booking .com for four years for business and pleasure and can say until k ow everywhere I stayed was great.

The location was absolutely lovely
