I'm not used to shared facilities but I should have been better prepared. I'm a bit shy!

It was clean

Time sensitive locks which don’t leave any flexibility for check in or out times. No shampoo or shower gel in bathroom.

I sent patron picture of hairs on the sheets and he offered to move us into an even filthier room with stained sheets and a base that had what seemed like streaks of encrusted blood. At this point l demanded a refund to which he agreed and we left. He then wrote to say l was ineligible for a refund because the colour of hair seen did not match that of his cleaner.

The location was quite okay.

Rotten milk in a tin in the kitchen which shows that it has been there for sometime and it's not being checked.

The shower was good

It's a noisy property. Facilities are good enough but sound reverberates throughout the house. Not good for light sleepers.
