Online instructions to access the property were clear and straightforward. The room was comfortable, clean, & quiet, and comes with tv. I had a good night's sleep. The shared bathroom facilities were adequate, and good-quality towels provided. The communal use kitchen was well-equipped. The housekeeper came in the morning and told me that food in the fridge - such as homemade bread - was available for residents.

It took me about 15 minutes to work out how to use the tv. The curtains/blinds need to provide more effective blackout. The bathroom/shower is a little dated.

Good comfortable bed, clean tidy facilities and fair value for money

slight problem getting into room as code provided didn't work and took a few tries to get hold of contact to sort out.
