Island View Guesthouse

Requires taxi for all transportation. Nothing within walking distance for example beaches, restaurants, grocery stores or convenient stores. $30-$40 per trip to and fro. It is located in the hills very steep one way roads. Taxi dropped us off several times requiring walk up steep driveway. This is not for someone with a wheelchair, handicap or difficulty walking.

Loved staying there. Beautiful views! Rooms were very clean. The only complaint I have is breakfast being served is the same every day. Hopefully they can provide more of a variety in the future.

Staying was better than staying with family. Took advantage of the pool daily. Breakfast was wonderful and they catered to a picky eater. I felt well taken care of.

Very cool place-tropical and beautiful. Room was lovely and restaurant was top notch. Would highly recommend . We enjoyed a fabulous view while dining and found the staff friendly and helpful. The Lobby area is open air and very pretty. Hope to stay there again.

Over rated Bland basic food at exorbitant prices Steak here used to be the best on island at one time , not any more Surroundings view and service is good Bar service is the same as before Hopefully can improve with time Parking is very limited too

Love this place!! Lovely quaint small hotel. Beautiful views, awesome swimming pool, delicious meals and a lovely setting. Dinner was delicious and a varied menu. Included breakfast was egg omlet, sausage, fruit and toast. Would definitely recommend.

They are absolutely the most hospitable people. Dinner was fantastic and we were so thankful to have such a beautiful view with dinner and stayed in for the night. Rooms were clean and comfortable and also had a beautiful view!

Ms. Libby and Mr. Marshall were perfect hosts. I'm so glad i met them. I booked the last room in Jan, for my stay in May for St. Thomas Carnival 2024! The overall experience was an awesome one. Our 2nd time on the island, the first time we were with a group of 12, this time with 2. I was nervous with us being on the island without much knowledge of those we met the 1st time, but this time around we met friends for life. Everyone we met was so friendly. We stayed in Room #2. Awesome view!! Directly in front of the pool. Directly under the upstairs eating area. One of the reasons why i booked was the "free breakfast" option which is very hard to find. Ms. Libby helped us with finding affordable/ trustworthy transportation. I'm so very grateful for that. Food was good, they offered dinner Thu-Sat evenings, which is a plus. Our room was comfortable and clean. My sister mentioned that the Netflix didn't work, i didn't try using it. In comparisons to my 1st visit on the island, i had virtually NO service, with and without using the provided wifi. Not sure if it had anything to do with Carnival, but if thats something you're concerned about on your relaxing vacation... then so be it. Overall, awesome experience. Can't wait to stay and visit again. Ms. Libby and Mr. Marshall, you two and your staff are quite wonderful. You're doing awesome with your new ownership of the property. Keep up the good work and continue being positive amongst the negativity. Until we meet again...
