Residence Inn Rochester Mayo Clinic Area South

Hotel was very clean, check in was a breeze. The rooms were very spacious, and the hotel is within walking distance to the mall, and a few dinning options. The swimming pool and hot tub were nice, as well as the outside terrace. Breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, minus the places you pay for an executive access. We’ll be returning to this one for sure!

The pillows were really flat but everything else was excellent. BEST breakfast ever!!!!

Great location for patients that are getting treated at Mayo Clinic. The staff has been wonderful for me being extra helpful as I get treated for my lymphoma. Ashley A has been a wonderful resource for me since my stay started. She’s made sure that the suite is cleaned every time one of my caregiver checks out and has it ready for the new one to check in. She’s been great!

Ashley M is in the amazing business. So kind and thoughtful. I forgot my key card 2 times, yeah I'm knucklehead. Thank you for being so kind and helpful. Your kindness and due diligence really made my stay here at Residence Inn a memorable one. Keep shining!

Breakfast is ok. Location is very good. This is the nicest side of Rochester to stay on.

I would like to see more discounts for Mayo patients.

It is a small and cozy hotel. It is very close to Mayo Clinic. The rooms have been renovated so everything is new. The staff is very friendly and efficient. In the colder days you can use the tunnels directly from the hotel to the subway level. Location is perfect.

Just a quick overnight stay, but it was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, muffins and bagels, etc.
