Pros: location is fantastic - across the street from Trader Joes, restaurants, coffee and great walking trails. Great parking. Really close to Mayo Clinic (5-10 minutes). Also 5 minutes from larger grocery and drug stores. Very good breakfast and nice dining area with many different seating areas and options. Hot beverages always available. Rooms are very comfortable and large, and have everything you need for an extended stay. Staff is (for the most part) also great, cheerful, helpful and kind. Cons: noise complaints not taken seriously and cleaning not consistent. Our room was sometimes cleaned to perfection and sometimes not. Very noisy people above us. We stayed a week in May and a week in June - all in all we would definitely stay again as there are so many great things about this hotel.

This is the second time we have stayed here while receiving care at Mayo. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient to get to the clinic. The shuttle is a plus. Breakfast options are good. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Whenever we return to Rochester we will plan to stay here. Thank you!

Everything was so clean and in really good condition. Made our stay in Rochester less stressful having a nice clean place to lay our heads at night. We will be back.
