Everything people was not very helpful

It was in a good location. Easy access to and from. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

No breakfast.

Lack of staffing, went to re key my card and no one was around, luckily after trying to get into my room for quite some time it finally worked

They wanted to charge 20 dollars to check in early, I responded no thank you we will see you after 3 pm. We arrived at 9:11 PM no staff on duty, called number to get assistance, they said key card is on desk Room 210. Had to shuffle thru a,stack of key cards, to find Room 210 Went to Room 210 and continued to get harassed and threatened to send police to Room, because we didn't pay. There was nobody at front desk. They continued calling us until 10:23 PM to leave the room or they would send police. We packed up and drove home, (2 hours way), didn't arrive home until 4 AM, because we were tried and. had to stop twice to get some sleep, plus we will miss our plans schedule with relatives on Sunday. Called OYO number and while on hold, was disconnected twice.

Location to what we were doing was great

Bath tub was slippery for taking showers and could have caused an accident. Needs something to prevent this

Property was clean, room was nice and comfortable bed. Had a room change as there was no queen bed available upstairs. Front desk had no staff available, had to call a number posted at desk to check in and make payment over the phone, which was ok.

An alarm was going off in the lobby upon arrival and when I dropped off my key the next morning. Room keys were out in the open for guests past and present. Had a difficult connecting to Wi-Fi. There was a lot of road noise as the inn was close to the road.
