I booked two rooms one for two people with twin bed but they offer one double bed which we rejected and took three single rooms in total to accommodate 3 persons. Rooms size can only fit double bed for couples but not for two individuals who require separate beds

There was sound of someone doing civil work at top floor in middle of the night which disturbed our sleep

No lift and u booked room for twin bed but I was given double bed and I couldn’t use the room for two people so I had to rent extra room
