Good comfortable room

There was nobody in hotel when i arived and i waked up for breakfast there is nobody in hotel, i was waiting on reception for 1 hour for stuff to have breakfast... How you can write that you are 24h avaiable?? I arived and i checked out nobody in hotel, cant have coffe, can't have breakfast...thank God i told taxi to come othervise i would miss my flight... I felt alone..so guys if you arive late or have flight early in the morning i do not recomend this hotel...
