The location was beautiful. Our hosts were very friendly.Staying in a Tipi was an interesting experience. It caters very well for families with young children who have lots of exciting places to explore.

As a camping experience we were more than happy with everything.

"Lovely break away"

We spent 3 nights there.Surprise birthday treat for my other half.We enjoyed every minute of our time there.Fran was very welcoming and so helpful. We will definitely be arranging another stay in the future

"Unique Nature Sustainable Experience"

1) Unique experience, staying inside a tipi. This includes setting your own woodfire heater. 2) The owners warm welcome and sendoff (they live here as well). 3) So many activities for kids.

If you're sensitive to cold, it is better to visit in warmer weather. 2 reasons: 1) It is colder staying in a tipi than staying in a room. 2) You have to get out of your tipi first to go to toilet, shower, and cabin (where the power outlet is).

Amazing place to stay, enjoyed every minute of it. They have everything you need to be a true glamping holiday. The grounds are wonderful and the kids could just run off and explore. Fran and Tony are very welcoming and have created a truly lovely place.
