Clean and cozy! Vicky the receptionist was very nice.

Water pressure in the shower was very very low. Also the guy who took us to the tent just stood there and watched me struggle with the luggage and didn’t offer any help putting them in his car… basic courtesy.

The cabin/tent was beautiful and cosy. The fire was lovely and the beds were super comfortable. Very clean and tidy

The hill leading up to the accommodation was brutal to climb. I am so glad we arrived before 6pm and had help to get to the cabin as it would have been impossible to get all our stuff up there. The space around the cabin was either hills or ither cabins so if you came with children who wanted to have a run around or kick a football around, it wouldn't be appropriate in my opinion. The view was lovely if you looked past the quarry and building structures, but at night this area created alot of light which let the star gazing experience down. There was no where to put your clothes. Other then 3 hooks for coats there was no space to put bags other then under the 1 double bed so we were living out of our bags on the floor in the kichen/seating area. The electric hob was not very powerful and it took a LONG time to cook sausages in the pan for breakfast. Parking was limited and we had to negotiate parking on the side of the road as there were more cars then spaces. Shower pressure was low and after a day climbing snowdon, we wanted a proper good shower so this was disappointing. When it's dark, you will need torches to get safely up the hill and to your cabin. It didn't feel particularly safe when climbing down in the dark
