Just the bed not comfy

Close to beach and facilities.

Very tired caravan, needs upgrade, not the cleanest. Stains on chair covers and marks on bedding., great shower if you can get in. Broken grill, I'm sure will be fixed, but most things you need, except a hair dryer, bring your own, not worth the money charged. But saying all that excellent location for the beach and amenities. Fifty seven restaurant up the road amazing, excellent food. Shop not over priced and burger bar was wonderful food and such lovely staff. Pool is fine a lovely extra . You get what you pay for, but this is overpriced.

Nice location, good facilities near to hand, beach,shop,club house and swimming pool. Nice powerful shower and really nice holiday park.

We really liked the property but I think it could do with a few small touches like toaster, and some cooking trays would be really helpful.

Love the location! It's so close to Barmouth and talybont beach is within walking distance. The pub up the road is also amazing! Shell Island is a 20 min drive away, which is also incredible. We stayed in this caravan last year and although dated, has everything you need. Beds are comfortable, the site is lovely. We don't use it much as we're always out, off site. But the amusements and pool are lovely. We had the fish and chips last time skipped it this time as you can deffo get better, it's quite expensive for what it is and it gave everyone belly ache last time.

It wasn't as clean as last time. Only minor gripes, there was a stain on the sofa covers, down the side of the sofa we found stones and the hoover was left out. It looked like it was cleaned in a hurry.

We love staying at barmouth, especially barmouth bay. Getting a van this time of year is rare. Great price and good size too as most the other vans feel quite cramped.
