The bungalow was extremely dirty. To begin with, someone had not even flushed the toilet. The entire place clearly needs a deep cleaning and renovation. All the pillows were dirty, all kitchen surfaces were dirty, and when I took spoons out of the cupboard, they were greasy and covered in dust. Considering that the bungalow was priced like a decent villa, this was very disappointing. Honestly, for this amount of money, I expected at least a cleaner, fresher, and more pleasant place to celebrate the New Year with my family.

L'accueil à 2h du matin, personnels très à l'écoute, sympa et réactif à nos demandes. Les petits déjeuner et les repas excellent. La piscine est grande et la végétation est magnifique. A quelques minutes de la plage. Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe.

Loved the pool and outlook from my room on to it. Also enjoyed the vegetable and cheese omelet with pineapple juice for breakfast very much. Lovely room, good value for money. Shortish walk to beach

Quite hard to communicate with the staff but they meant well. Also it doesn't show correctly on google maps so taxi had problem finding as it looked like it was down a driveway which turned out to be a continuation of the street.

Loved the traditional Bali atmosphere.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable- lack of extra pillows. Shower soap/shampoo containers left empty. Property looks a bit run down.
