This hotel is really quite miserable and feels completely abandoned. The staff have no idea what service means. The only thing they seem to do is laugh at everyone. We saw them laughing in the faces of several guests. Every time a guest asked for something, they would look at each other, laugh, make jokes, hit each other like children in school. Honestly, very, very disgraceful. The cleanliness was absolutely shocking. Everything was dirty the floors, the bathroom, the whole room. It was impossible to sleep in such conditions. We asked them to please clean the room again, they said “yes, yes, later,” but of course they never came. When we reminded them, they laughed again and repeated “yes, yes, later, later.” In the end, we had to abandon the hotel next day when we was thinking stay 3-4 nights because it was impossible to stay there. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

First night I was in a room that was very dirty and the door wouldn’t lock

Bathroom needed a lot of attention. Shower handle had broken off, shower head spurting water all over the bathroom, drain not working so bathroom was constantly wet. Tv also not working.

It was quiet and relaxed. All clean. Nice staff.

Buiten het resort was het een beetje kaal. Het zwembad was lekker lang met veel groen. Ook een grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte met een Pooltafel. Wij kwamen voor het tow-in-surfen en dat was heel goed lopend bereikbaar.
