Friendly helpful staff. Food was good.

Room was old, grotty and dirty. Plumbing was broken. Room full of mosquitoes. Mosquitoes around pool. Pool sun lounges old and grotty.

Beautiful overall.could use better maintenance. Really nice staff. Manager not accommodating. First she said she is the manager then the owner. I think this place could be wonderful. Very quiet. Loved that.

Someone there told me about different ownership. I would have liked a long term lease if the real owners had stepped forward proving ownership and providing "due process documentation as the Notary said must have. I was disappointed.

Les chambres sont sombres , sans fenêtre. Le ménage n'est pas fait malgré les demandes à la réception. Des mégots traînent dans la douche. Les saletés restent du précédent visiteur. Le personnel semble absent. Une personne qui fait tout. Aucune communication avec les voyageurs. Bref, nous avons été déçus par cet établissement et ne le conseillons pas du tout. Le prix est excessif par rapport aux prestations. Nous avons choisi cet établissement dans l'urgence suite a l'annulation d'une réservation par un hôtel sur sanur ( signature hôtel) le matin même

The staff were absolutely beautiful and the swimming pool was sensational its HUGE AND CLEAN ♥ breakfast was yummy but other meals weren't so great sorry but not really restaurant quality with exception of all Indonesian food was yummy. Excellent kitchen space outside our bedroom door. All rooms have out door kitchen. Location easy as to get anywhere...by bike 🙏 I think overall for the price it's a good hotel. ☺ thankyou beautiful staff 🙏 blessings 😁 🌸

Mosquito plague in the room was unbelievable!! Couldn't sleep first night must've been about 50 of them we killed! Also no shower curtain so as soon as you shower the WHOLE bathroom is wet and slippery all day !
