An amazing place within a local community with amazing views. Very friendly staff. Great food. Nice rooms. Everything a bit outside the crazyness of Ubud.

"It isn’t 4 star hotel"

The owner was friendly and kind

It isn’t a 4 star for sure. Value for money so poor. We booked this hotel because the very high rate, I don’t understand how this place have it, because in my opinion it really don’t deserve it.

"Fabulosa experiencia balinesa."

La autenticidad balinesa de Villa Kalisat. Escogimos la habitación mas grande (Monkey Room) y fue un acierto. La habitación es una preciosidad, muy bien decorada. El trato que recibimos fue inmejorable, con la sonrisa y el cariño permanente. Cuando entras al alojamiento desde la calle, pasas caminando por una zona donde hay casitas balinesas y un templo. En esa zona viven los miembros de la familia relacionada con el hotel. Todos te reciben haciendo sus quehaceres pero con sonrisas y cariño. Es una maravilla de verdad.

Muchos (inevitables) escalones. En realidad son imprescindibles para que Villa Kalisat sea tan bonita como es y mire hacia el rio y la selva.

"An oasis to explore the local area of Ubud"

We were made to feel amazingly welcome at this beautiful property with great staff and energy. It really is an oasis outside of the hectic centre for Ubud. The scenery is spectacular. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is to die for and the dinners are very generous and tasty. We were invited to a temple celebration too which made our stay

"Luxury in a wholesome and nurturing way"

It’s beautiful, nestled in the jungle and in tune with its surroundings. We were made to feel so welcome and looked after by all the staff members. Everything from the food, the comfortable rooms, organising activities. We wish we had stayed longer.
