"We would not go there again"

Poor ...only had coffee as a result

Quite a bit of noise from above unit ..ie lacking insulation between floors.

Manager was very short and not accommodating. She was so rude to the cleaner couldn’t believe it. She should not be the manager. She is not a person that should be dealing with people on a one-to-one basis. She does not have the right personality.

Did not like the manager she was too rude for people travelling that are tired. She was sharp and not friendly.

Nice restaurant next door

Very tired attire. The lady who worked the desk on our arrival was not at all nice. We tried to make light of our interaction to no avail. She was nicer in the morning at "breakfast".

Lady was nice..pointed us to a nice restaurant across from hotels. Would stay there again

Attitude of staff was very bad and rude. Room was ok but it make annoying sound in night; semms like plumbing make very loud noise. Bathtubs are painted with latex paint which was coming out. Staff using baised and inappropriate words to our kids.
