Motel 99

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable - best sleep we had in a long time. Just off the highway...lots of parking. Fridge and microwave in room. Cheap! Overall happy with motel 99 and would stay again!!!

No elevators made our 3rd floor room a challenge as I just had surgery, however, most of their rooms were.full of firefighters.....so no genuine complaint about this!! Just to say.....if you need an accessible room it is something worth mentioning.

Firm mattress, shower water pressure, quiet environment, television, wifi.

The feeling of being scammed, lack of towels, quality of towels, dirty floor, no fresh air, uncertainty of safety in parking lot, hair in bedsheets.

Bathroom was very dirty. Grime in the tub. I requested cleaning supplies and was offered no apology or compensation. Furniture was very dirty.

No breakfast was given, it was a scam

My stuff were forgotten there and discarded

Not worth for the price and I was carged more than the confirmed price. The aircon was so loud and not cooling during the warmest time.

I have stayed here numerous times but the last two times it just didn't seem as clean and had to ask for bathmat face cloth the bed looked like it had been slept in have always enjoyed staying there but this is the last time as I hadd mentioned to the owner that staff wasn't cleaning properly and nothing was really done to correct the problem
