Robertson Country Motel

Everything else - it was dirty, and looked abandoned! Broken windows and filthy bedding. No staff onsite and didn’t answer when we called. Also asked for early check in when booking and never received a reply.

Good location. Responsive host who provided access to a second room to view, that was mildly better.

Rooms were far from clean. Never had to clean a room before my stay before.

We did not stay there, we looked at the room and left, the cleanliness was below standard. As a mother travelling with her daughter I did not feel safe. The grounds and the building are run down and appear derelict. The was one lock on the door with flimsy lock. There was a lock box to obtain the key and i was not confident the code had been changed and the security not compromised. We drove past it three times as the front does not reflect the pictures advertised on Booking.com.

The outside appeance. It looked like the Bates motel but the owner turned up in his silver Bentley to let me in.

Unclean. When the people in the room next to us used the shower extremely noisy pipes rattling in the walk. Cobwebs in the room. Caught 3 centipedes in the room.
