Robertson Country Motel

The was clean

The entire Motel looks derelict from the outside. To be honest, if there had been another option in Robertson we would have forgone the nights charge and stayed somewhere else. The sign for the motel was lying on the ground in the weeds broken, the grounds are very unkept and there was absolutely no one about. We had to ring a number to get access to our room. To say we didn't feel comfortable even leaving our bags in our room was an understatement.

Wouldn’t let me cancel my stay, even though it was months out from trip. I understand the policy but there was plenty of notice & despite calling twice to ask no one ever responded.

Not much, location was ok next to the bowling club

Very old looked dirty but was probably clean the beds were very soft and two coffee sleeves were solid so in usable

Air con, beds were okay

Had to clean urine, poo and toothpaste from previous guest using only a bottle of hand sanitizer. Should not be permitted to be listed on booking engines. Totally unacceptable.

Good location and in a nice setting with owners being attentive when issues arose.

Issues with our rooms, keys and being disturbed prior to our agreed checkout out time.

Clean and tidy, comfortable bed, 1970 bathroom but ok

Old style bathroom , wouldn’t take much to make it lux, just new contemporary tiles
