Robertson Country Motel

1. I received no SMS, so di dnot know which room, or code. I called the contact mobile number, and left a message. Never received a reply. I was advised to look at bookings.com, and found these details 2. we booked for full family (of 5), but there were only 3 beds. Lucky that 3 did not come at the end. 3. Room very, very basic. Last refurb was some 30 years ago. 4. Room not serviced. Not a crisis, but paying for two nights, I would have expected this.

The beds & linen were clean. Jug & toaster also. Bathroom sink & toilet clean. Good size unit. Close to shops.

The unit could have been clean but bathroom tiles where so old it was hard to tell. Base of iron was badly stained so unusable. TV wouldn’t turn on with remote. Knee high weeds replaced garden view. I wouldn’t use it again. Prob suitable for workmen travelling through. Thought Robertson would have a nice Motel rather than a shabby one! Badly needs updating.

Location. Had Airconditioning, size of room was sufficient.convenient for multiple couples to stay in one place.

It was old, carpets seemed damp, shower curtain is unhygienic. Pillows were terrible,

Clean and comfortable enough

Very old and dated Extremely noisy fridge

Close to RSL

No staff on site , room smelt musty on arrival
