There was no private bathroom, which was not mentioned when booking. Booked for 2 nights walked in, walked straight out. No money refund. We will never be in this part of the country again, so offer of 15% next time is useless.

"Lovely but need to book room with ensuite"

Beautiful room. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony with views to have free breakfast. Good location to walk to town.

Communication From management. Arrived no one there or answered ph or email.left and returned when called with room no. Room unlocked with key inside. Another coupthere in same situation. Unit with fridge and coffee stuff on needs replacing with lower one to make drink.

Beautiful rooms and facilities. Amazing view and the kitchen/dining/lounge was fantastic. Reception lady was fantastic and very friendly locals.

Towels were great and water was nice and hot; bed was comfortable and room was well insulated and well ventilated; never saw any personnel;

We had a room with ensuite (upgraded), thank you Anita! Lovely decor, very clean, with everything we needed. The building has a guest kitchen, which was also exceptionally clean and had everything you would need - including cooking facilities, fridge space, etc. The common area also has a big dining area for breakfast and other meals, and a sitting area. The self serve breakfast was great.

The room was great with the ensuite and small balcony, just on the smaller side but it was fine for us.
