Good location, quiet and peaceful stay, great heating to keep warm.

Room did not have coffee machine as advertised, also the Jacuzzi was not working. Check in was a little confusing as the office was closed.

Lovely location. Close to shops and good carpark. We arrived slightly late for check-in, grateful to find instructions for self check-in on the door. Accommodation is great for small groups. Good facilities.

One of the powerPoints in the kitchen did not work, and we would suggest checking all the PowerPoints for maintenance. Suggest better heating in the rooms. It was extremely cold in the bedrooms at night. If can’t provide heating in each room, then maybe provide the extra blankets for every bed. We only had extra blankets for 3 beds. Possibly not have timed heater in the bathrooms? We were not sure what time the heater was supposed to be on in the evening. It was only on in the morning. We were not able to use the heater in the bathroom after coming home from the slopes both nights. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival.

It was comfortable, small, and quiet.

1. We arrived at 5:15 PM and were told we would need to wait another hour for the unit to be ready. I declined, and we were then given Unit 3. 2. We were never able to lock the doors. The key did not work, compromising our privacy and safety. 3. The air conditioner needs an upgrade. It has been set to operate at its minimum capacity and power - not suitable to the cold.

The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from the previous visitors and the tea towels were drenched wet.
