"Great view, clean and modern but bring your woolies."

Easy to access, lovely view, all new reno on the room, undercover carport next to door, lots of mod cons except the poor heating made it hard to enjoy...Bed was v comfortable and warm once I warmed it up! Everything v clean. First night quiet then noisy neighbours arrived. Luckily the manager was v helpful. Great kitchen set up. Lovely bathroom.

Very cold. Took hours to get the place heated with an inadequate inverter blow heater, cold walls and floor, cold couch, no electric blanket or wall panel heaters, in winter climate. Had to wear my outdoor clothing. One wall shared with next unit, and unfortunately thin wall, could hear conversations and they were a noisy bunch drinking and banging around, out in front of my unit as well as theirs as well as inside. No bedside lights (borrowed one from spare room). Bathroom floor and shower v slippery.
