"Affordable, clean & quiet accommodation."

Quiet location. Clean room with updated bathroom and kitchenette (we were in room 10). Walking distance to the golf club if you want a meal or a round of golf without needing to take the car.

The spa was great, although it needed a clean of the grime build-up around the top of the water level. I dont know if the build up was just from that one day or if it had been a couple of days but we did notice a few kids in the spa earlier in the day (we went in in the arvo) so might have been from them from their sunscreen etc.

"Disappointing"

Good location, clean

We originally booked 7 rooms, with 5 days to go, 2 of our group pulled out and I notified the motel. I asked could we get a refund or a credit note. Short answer. No. I could understand this if the motel was booked out, and they had turned away business, but the place had less than 25% occupancy. It left a sour taste in my mouth and the next time we are in Tocumwal we will use one of the other motels and recommend the same to our friends.
