Very clean and comfortable

Location was great didn’t have breakfast

Maybe a non slip mat in the shower was bit slippery other wise all was great

Comfortable bed and clean room.

The shower was cold, hot water wasn't working! After a long day all I needed was a hot shower but instead I shivered my way through a freezing cold one! I was also disappointed that the request to leave a key in a lock box and instructions on the room was not available. We were not able to arrive before the office closed and was told that a key couldn't be left out as it was complicated. As such, we didn't stay the first night and lost our money. On arrival the second day, after check in, it was obvious that it would have been very easy to leave a key out for us. Simple instructions on room number, parking bay and a code for the lock box that was attached to the rooms back balcony is all that was needed! If this request was granted I wouldn't have wasted one nights accommodation!

In a nice quiet area, clean, free breakfast, vast movie choices, good facilities, Tracey was friendly, the common area is something I haven’t seen before which was a cool feature.
